Returns & Refunds

Returns on unopened or unused products are gladly accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items that have been tinted or mixed with pigment may not be returned.

To request a return, customers must send an email to support@thermoryusa.com with their name, order or invoice number, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Customers may also contact Thermory USA via phone at 585-250-4074.

Thermory USA is not responsible for any damage incurred in transit while shipping a return, and cannot accept damaged merchandise. Shipping carrier insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

Refunds on returned products will be processed in the original form of payment. Products cannot be exchanged for item(s) of equivalent value.

Damaged Items

Items damaged during shipment must be reported to Thermory USA within 24 hours of order delivery by emailing support@thermoryusa.com with the order or invoice number, a description of the damage and any known circumstances leading to said damage, along with photos clearly indicating the damage to both the item(s) and the original shipping container(s). Customer understands that minor damage to the containers of liquid products can occur during shipping and will not negatively impact product performance.
